Shipping Policy

We currently only deliver in South Africa.

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.  

Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 days (excluding public holidays and weekends) after purchase.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order; kindly ensure that your address details are correct at checkout.  Please provide us with a physical address that will be occupied during the hours of 08:30 to 17:00 on weekdays (excluding public holidays) as deliveries must be signed for.  Delivery can only take place at a physical address and not PO Box addresses. 

Deliveries are carried out by our delivery partner, GlobeFlight Courier Services.  Estimated delivery guidelines are:

Packages up to 5kg: 

Delivered within 24 - 48 hrs to all major centres 

Delivered within 24 - 72 hrs to regional / outer lying areas

Packages up from 5.1kg:

Delivered within 24 - 48 hrs to all major centres

Delivered within 24 - 96 hrs to regional / outer lying areas

Deliveries only take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery and tracking information will be confirmed to you via e-mail by GlobeFlight Courier Services.
